Summary:This research background by business inclusive platform, namely Ecobiz.id which is still in development stage, it could be found the features are still minimal and some don’t work properly. The condition of network effect in the Ecobiz platform is negative. The negative network effect is because the interaction between users in the platform doesn’t match in ecosystem interaction which create discrepancies in the ecosystem regarding unmatched with user needs. Because of unmatched with user needs, user less active in the platform also interaction between users decreasing. The purpose of this research is to see what problems of users from Ecobiz platform, what problems must be followed up, and what are the solutions for feature improvement. This research method is qualitative by observation as primary data, uncontrol observation, moderate participation, and structure observation used for gathering data. Secondary data used to support research goals, author using past thesis, Ecobiz website, Ecobiz dashboard, internet, and relevant articles. The tool of this research is platform analysis, customer journey map (CJM), and orchestrated ecosystem. The business issues that obtained are negative network effect, not all feature is exchange of information, exchange of goods or services is hard, exchange of currency is hard, participant in the Ecobiz platform dominant is producer cooperatives, there is no value unit because few participants active, the Ecobiz filter doesn’t reliable to give information what user wants, Ecobiz team struggle encourage user to be active again, Ecobiz team only socialize the rules, Ecobiz metrics don’t have valuable understanding, Ecobiz user have a problem when create a long product description that not appear because of there is no text limit, user wrong answer a forum discussion or not answer on appropriate section, user forgot email and password to log in again. Ecobiz's orchestral ecosystem acts as a integrator between consumer users and producers, Ecobiz help expand the market, Ecobiz control and manage the platform in creating value, and help user problems. Business model for partnering of Ecobiz using partner that is cooperative as problem object, Ecobiz using contextual and critical in classify partner capabilities, Ecobiz actively find signal in partnering, Ecobiz tim always communicate and act about Ecobiz activity in create long term result, however Ecobiz platform contrained in exchange of knowledge because of user rarely active, and Ecobiz user hard to adapt in collaboration especially using digital praltform. Ecobiz’s innovation and network design allows all user in the network to access including roles, interactions, and transaction. Orchestration process Ecobiz is creating and share knowledge in the platform, Ecobiz haven’t tract or get feedback from users to see the knowledge acquired, Ecobiz not always share knowledge, Ecobiz build mutual trust between users, Ecobiz only focus in expanding thenetwork, Ecobiz doing innovation coherence by focus with cooperative goals, internal innovation process doesn’t effective because users are not tech savvy, Ecobiz doesn’t have network asset term for Ecobiz, and Ecobiz doing risk management based on the field in which it operates. Root cause analysis of Ecobiz is less valuable user and not interested feature. From those, first, author recommendation gathers valuable user to keep active in creating value in the platfor. Ecobiz need invite consumer user, such as invite consumer cooperative and public consumer, which for to help basid problem for producer to increase their sales. To help various producer problems, invite university or bank institution to help answer producer problems and training. Second, Ecobiz need to increase platform value with adding and complete feature with user needs. The feature that should be improve by Ecobiz are forums, threads, WhatssApp chat, comment, article, product, tips, creating chararter limits for content input, filter, and tidying up the interface. Moreover, to create valuable content, Ecobiz need to seeding strategy and micromarketing, Ecobiz needs to conduct a survey on how the content fits and satisfies users to continuously create content that suits users. Micromarketing is used to target users who have already joined and are already active on the platform To attract users, Ecobiz needs notification API to attract users keep active. Single and multiuser feedback loop needed by Ecobiz to recommend a content and as trigger message for users to be active again. To inhibit the value in the platform, Ecobiz needs create infrastructure in the platform to report a content that contain negative issues, yet Ecobiz need create and put in the platform about rules that users should not do when they are active in the platform first. To develop a meaningful metrics, Ecobiz need to create six general user activity measures, six producer activity measures, and fourteen consumer activity measures. Accordingly, the implementation plan for Ecobiz is to develop platform features, create trigger messages for positive network effects, invite valuable users, and increase the value units within the platform.
