MSMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung experienced a decline in turnover during the pandemic. In fact, MSMEs in the national economy have an important and strategic role as the largest contributor to state revenue (57.14%). The government has implemented a national economic recovery program, one of which is the Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) program since 2020. Evaluation regarding the effectiveness of the BPUM program in culinary culinary efforts during the pandemic is necessary. Therefore, the purpose of this research is for the successful implementation of the BPUM program on culinary SMEs in the city of Bandung. Secondary data collection in the form of documents, reports and journals and primary data collection through questionnaires and interviews were carried out in this study. While the analytical methods used are content analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis, and analysis of effectiveness achievement. The results showed that the implementation of the BPUM program was included in the effective category and had a final score of 76.50%. However, there are still several criteria that are not optimal, so that they become obstacles in the implementation of the BPUM program, namely the criteria for achieving program goals, criteria for distributing program information, criteria for targeting accuracy of program recipients and recipient satisfaction. It is proven that there are still beneficiaries who are right on target, do not use aid funds for business purposes, and are dissatisfied with the reduced nominal assistance in 2021. There is a strategy for optimizing the implementation of the BPUM program in the future, including maximizing the supervision of aid funds, imposing sanctions that firmly on the application of aid funds, centralized dissemination of information, data bleaching of prospective beneficiaries and re-examination of the terms and criteria of beneficiaries in the BPUM journal program. The results of this study can be useful for central and local governments, the private sector, and the business community and can be used as input for conducting the same study in the context of other MSMEs fields such as fashion, crafts, services and others. text |
