Description
Summary:This research is carried out to find the level of satisfaction with the compensation received by employees and their work satisfaction in the company and how these affect employee engagement at PT Hutama Karya. The results are tested and analyzed to provide empirical evidence of the effects of compensation and work satisfaction towards employee engagement. This research was carried out at PT Hutama Karya with an employee population of 1942 people using a sampling technique with the Slovin method, in which the number of respondents is 424. The data in this research are collected by questionnaire, using the Likert scale. Instrumental testing in this research is done using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple regression test through SPSS. The results of the data analysis in this research show that compensation does have an effect on employee engagement, and so does work satisfaction. When the two variables are combined, they both show effects on employee engagement.
