Summary:Testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) companies serve a wide range of industry sectors and various standards and regulations. Economic growth, population growth, increasing consumer awareness of the quality of products and services as well as supporting Indonesian government regulations are catalysts for growth opportunities in the TIC industry. This research will focus on PT I&C Indonesia (pseudonym), a member of I&C Global Group based in the Netherlands. PT I&C Indonesia is a service company that offers inspection and certification. This research will focus on inspection services. This study aims to develop the business strategy of PT I&C Indonesia in penetrating the Indonesia market by offering a new service, namely industrial inspection. The research methodology used in writing this research is a qualitative method by analyzing external and internal factors using primary data (group and personal interviews) and secondary data (journals, company internal reports, reports, and academic reading books). These external and internal factors will then use the Diamond Strategy Model method in the preparation of business strategies. The proposed strategy for PT I&C Indonesia is a gradual strategy for STEP (Strengthen, Target, Explore, and Prepare) and follow the AHEAD (Adjusting, Harvesting, Educate, Accelerating, and Develop) strategic initiatives in preparing competencies, preparing plans and targets to penetrate the market.
