Summary:Abstract : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT Brantas Abipraya is a state-owned company that delivers construction services which actively contribute to support development activities in Indonesia. In anticipation of the fierce competition, companies cannot rely on governments projects but have to discover new opportunities especially from private areas and foreign market. Its become necessary for company to act and think like entrepreneurs in facing the challenge. The objectives of this study are to identify intrapreneurship cultural dimensions which evolve in PT Brantas Abipraya and to investigate types of entrepreneurial leaders in the company. This study was conducted through a questionnaire survey using the Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ). The EOS questionnaire was distributed to 60 employees. The ELQ was distributed to 30 respondents from middle and top managerial level. The result on EOS shows that in general PT Brantas Abiprayas culture is dominated by Support to New Idea dimension and Focus dimension (receiving high scores), while Flexibility and Individual Orientation dimensions receive low scores. The result on ELQ shows that there are big gaps between importance and frequency for leadership types of General Entrepreneurial Leadership (GEL), Explorer, Accelerator and Integrator. Further analysis of ELQ shows that PT Brantas Abipraya has a higher level of entrepreneurial leadership in the Miner type. It is recommended for PT Brantas Abipraya to improve its entrepreneurial culture in these dimensions of flexibility, individual orientation and risk taking. The company also needs to develop entrepreneurial leadership characters especially in the Integrator and Accelerator types, who can create and support better environment, for growing creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial activities
