Development of telecommunication industry in Indonesia is fast, this condition can be seen by of the many products and services which make communication become easier. The development has also caused more competition in this industry. In Indonesia the biggest and which has the longest operation time is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), which is a state-owned company that has become publicly listed. Telkom until 1999 still had monopoly rights in providing fixed line service. Meanwhile the second biggest company is PT. Indosat Tbk, which was at first created by the government to support Telkom in providing an international communication line. <br />
