Summary:Since its establishment in 2012, PT Bukit Vista Nusantara, a start-up engaged in property management and management in Bali, has always strived to improve its competitive ability through various innovations and knowledge in daily activities. However, in 2022, it is known that the company's performance is still not optimal, especially in the Conversion Chapter, which is directly responsible for revenue generation. The non-optimal performance of the company is believed to occur because the transfer of knowledge’s effectiveness level and the efforts in other areas of expertise that have been carried out so far are unknown. Therefore, this study aims to measure the maturity level of Knowledge Management (KM) to measure the effectiveness of KM implementation and identify improvement opportunities. The measurement of KM maturity level is carried out by referring to the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) model, which has been developed using three other maturity models, namely KMMM, G-KMM, and APQC. Maturity measurements were carried out through semi-structured interviews to dig deeper into their existence and implementation. Validation with C-levels was also carried out to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the maturity measurement results. Based on the measurement results, it is known that the level of KM maturity in the Conversion Chapter of PT Bukit Vista Nusantara is at level 4 (Refinement) with a focus on improvement in the form of system and KM initiatives’ standardization. Therefore, after synchronizing the identified needs with the data processing results, this research proposes an improvement plan in the form of a standardization system and periodic content evaluation, as well as a standardization system and assessment of member orientation and self-development programs.
