Based on the lignan contain of the screening, Phyllanthus buxifolius show to contained both qualitatively anf quantitatively. Isolation process included maceration, liquid extraction, column chromatography, preparative TLC, and GC-MS. From GC-MS data was known tahat P. buxifolius contain 16 lignans and one of them was hinokinin which has been proven based on the literature as antihepatitic drug. text
