Summary:Every year, a large number of new startups are born. Yet, only a small percentage of these newly established startups survived after five years. A previous study found that the team is one of the factors that contribute to the failure of a start-up. Accordingly, team building is known as how the team focuses on developing effective social relationships and clarifying roles, problem-solving capabilities, and interpersonal relationships. Capturing all these aspects, it was found that team building is important in a company, especially in start-ups in the early stage. All the approach of team building is equally important and gives a positive impact. However, in the startup stages, it needs to be concerned with interpersonal relationships to support the team to grow together, considering how they built their startup from the beginning and how they need to build an effective relationship first. The objectives of this research are to identify the current condition of the interpersonal relationship of each founder in Antri.in Company is related to the teamwork quality and get to know how it affects the level of achievement of OKR. Besides that, this research aims to find out what are the significant factors that relate to those variables. Therefore, at the end of this research, the researcher hopes to suggest future improvements to get more effective performance in their team building. In this research, the qualitative research method will be used for both collecting data and analyzing the data. Based on data analysis, the outcome findings that consist of Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Oriented (FIRO Theory) are aligned with teamwork quality. However, it is not entirely impacting the teamwork quality in Antri.in Company since it also depends on their team competencies. Based on this statement, it also found that teamwork quality is related to the OKR achievement since the impact of having a good quality of teamwork refers to the effective strategies in the process of achieving the OKR.
