The Kebon Kawung Accessible Hub Development Project is located at the Bandung Railway Station and stretches from the north side of the station (Jalan Kebon Kawung No. 43 Bandung) to the south side of the station (Jalan Timur Station No. 1 Bandung). The land area of this project is 21,500 m2 and the building area is 9,500 m2. This project consists of 3 floors and 1 mezzanine. The lower structure uses bored pile foundations and the upper structure uses reinforced concrete. In this final project, 1 type of formwork is used, namely conventional formwork with scaffolding and temporary portal scaffolding for work areas on active railroads. Calculation of time and cost is calculated based on the implementation method in accordance with the theory from various references used. The purpose of the preparation of this final project is to obtain the right construction method and the optimal point of the relationship between project time and cost. For scheduling each work item, it is done using the Ms. Projects. The final results obtained are the implementation method, duration, budget plan and S curve. Based on the analysis, the duration is 364 working days with an implementation cost budget of Rp.70 billion.
