One of the organizations that was impacted by the Pandemic COVID-19 is PT. Bianglala Intikharisma. Before the pandemic hit, the business was one of the most prosperous advertising agencies in Indonesia, serving a wide range of clients and offering services and goods that were in high demand thanks to their skilled designers and cutting-edge large machinery, including their digital and offset printers. One of the issues was the personnel turnover that took place in 2021, which might have a negative impact on the functioning of the business. The author conducted two analysis methods to find the root cause of this issue, which are the MARS model and Gallup Model. These models led to the conclusion that there are 4 main areas where information about the employees can be gathered, namely: motivation and growth, ability and individuality, role perception and basic needs, situational circumstances, and teamwork. Because employee engagement has a relationship influence with employees leaving the organization, which convert into employee turnover, this models were picked as the method. Result of the study revealed that the root cause of employee engagement at PT. Bianglala Inntikharisma due to lack motivation and growth, also due to lack role perception and basic needs. After finding the root cause of this issue, the author proposed business solutions to improve employee engagement and give the implementation plan that suit to the company conditions. text
