ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The growing of Indonesias telecommunication industry that is represented by increasing of new operators in the telecommunication area, especially in the celluler, creates new big business opportunity on derivated industry such as in installation and infrastructure services with business activities are various includes in building of Base Transceiver Station or Tower. The business opportunity also attract so many foreign companies to compete with local ones, in which the local company needs to improve their competitiveness through implementing appropriate strategy to beat the competition. This Final Project focuses on the designing of performance management in PT. Xerindo Teknologi, the operating company for installation and testing telecommunication, by using the Balanced Scorecard approach. The Balanced Scorecard is one of the most popular performance managemenet system approach that cover four perspectives which are Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning and Growth. Beside using past indicators, the Balanced Scorecard also using future measurement driver indicators. On each perspectif there are several performance measurement variables have to be managed that are linked to the Vision and Mission of the company. The performance of perspectif will be used as reference by top management, department, and individual to carry out corrective action by doing evaluation and take initiatif action as continuous improvement activities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Final Project is also completed with design of softaware program consit of information measurement system that is applicable to PT. Xerindo. The proposed strategic initiatives and computer program will help the company to achieve all targets which are defined in the performance measurement variabels. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Impelementation of the Balanced Scorecard should be become responsibility of top management of the company and need participation from all employees to achieve stated company vision and mision. Through implementation of performance information display, feedback to the management to take initiatif or program to rectify company performance can be given online.
