INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/68363 In the current Digitalized era, the pandemic of Covid-19 is requiring a huge transformation on how the employees work inside a company. List of employees includes the Interns of Generation Z which are newcomers to the labor market. The Hybrid Internship is becoming a major event to adapt to the pandemic conditions. Furthermore, along with the digital industry being developed worldwide it requires a deeper understanding of factors that become a variable for Generation Z Individual Performance. There is still a lack of Journal of research that conducts research mainly focused on Generation Z with several variables that are closely related with the growing digitized industry. This research aimed to make an academic approach to define factors that affected the Individual Performance of Generation Z by using a study case in the MBKM Internship. The opportunity from the MBKM Internship became an ideal condition for testing several variables that related with the Generation Z Individual Performance towards the more advanced digitized industry future. This Research uses Quantitative approach with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to measure relationships among independent variables toward dependent variable and Qualitative approach by Interview to capture the factual condition of the industry to determine the variable analyzed in this research. The variables that are being analyzed during this research are Online Learning, Digital Competencies and Digital Organizational Culture as the Independent variables and Individual Performance as the Dependent Variables. Population of this research is 358 respondents that took the MBKM Internship and also took Online Learning activities that distribute mainly but not limited to Population in the Island of Java. This research shows there is a positive and significant relationship among Digital Competencies and Digital Organizational Culture towards the Generation Z Individual Performance and also there is no relationship between Online Learning towards Generation Z Individual Performance. text
