In this case, it is necessary to carry out risk analysis, determine risk priorities, and respond to risks concerning ISO 31000:2018. Starting from the first thing, namely knowing for sure the risks that arise from each stakeholder, the second is determining the risk parameters for each risk source using an analytical hierarchy process approach, and the third is knowing the risk response strategy of each stakeholder. To obtain accurate results in analyzing the risks of each stakeholder, several people represent each element of the stakeholders who are considered capable and have adequate knowledge about the risks that will occur during the implementation of bridge construction in the West Sumatra region. Based on the analysis conducted using the analytical hierarchy process method, it can be concluded that the risk factors of each stakeholder are according to the owner, the risk contribution from the economic criteria is the most priority consideration with a weight of 51%, construction criteria of 35% and criteria imposed by legal and contract of 14%. Meanwhile, according to contractors, economic criteria are also dominant with a weight of 60%, construction criteria by 29%, and legal and contract criteria by 11%. The global calculation represented by each stakeholder shows that the risk in economic factors is the dominant risk, which is 52% of the owner's perception and 57% of the contractor's perception. To prevent risks that will arise, each stakeholder has different considerations in determining the level of interest based on the stakeholders' considerations and made following laws, regulations, and other provisions. text |

Implementing a bridge construction project in the West Sumatra region will likely create many
risks that stakeholders must consider because the impact is detrimental and can affect the
overall project completion. In this case, it is necessary to carry out risk analysis, determine risk
priorities, and respond to risks concerning ISO 31000:2018. Starting from the first thing,
namely knowing for sure the risks that arise from each stakeholder, the second is determining
the risk parameters for each risk source using an analytical hierarchy process approach, and the
third is knowing the risk response strategy of each stakeholder. To obtain accurate results in
analyzing the risks of each stakeholder, several people represent each element of the
stakeholders who are considered capable and have adequate knowledge about the risks that will
occur during the implementation of bridge construction in the West Sumatra region.
Based on the analysis conducted using the analytical hierarchy process method, it can be
concluded that the risk factors of each stakeholder are according to the owner, the risk
contribution from the economic criteria is the most priority consideration with a weight of 51%,
construction criteria of 35% and criteria imposed by legal and contract of 14%. Meanwhile,
according to contractors, economic criteria are also dominant with a weight of 60%,
construction criteria by 29%, and legal and contract criteria by 11%. The global calculation
represented by each stakeholder shows that the risk in economic factors is the dominant risk,
which is 52% of the owner's perception and 57% of the contractor's perception. To prevent
risks that will arise, each stakeholder has different considerations in determining the level of
interest based on the stakeholders' considerations and made following laws, regulations, and
other provisions.
