By distributing a set of questionnaires based on OCAI to 90 members of KMM ITB’s board of management, varying from the batch of 2022,2023, and 2024, it is found that although Clan culture is the most dominant culture both as the existing and as the preferred sections of OCAI, culture incongruence between the existing and preferred culture of KMM ITB is observed in this aspect (with the gap of 9.055).
