Summary: | The medical equipment sales industry in Indonesia has increased with around
hospitals and 9000 public health centres and private hospitals in Indonesia being
the secret behind medical equipment marketing in Indonesia. Many distributors of
medical equipment in Indonesia are certified and officially licensed by the Ministry
of Health of the Republic of Indonesia that provide the needs of hospitals and
doctors. The purpose of this research is to identify employee engagement drivers
that can improve employee performance at PT. Fadzkuruni as a distributor of
medical equipment in Indonesia.
This Research uses quantitative methods to measure the numbers that have been
obtained during data collection. To assess employee engagement drivers, data was
collected through questionnaires. The ranking analysis employees uses Important
Performance Matrix to determine which top priority drivers require improvement.
From the analysis result, it was found that the basic, performance, company
practices and the work are drivers that must be addressed immediately. The author
proposes 9 programs as a strategy to improve employee performance. The proposal
are employee performance evaluation, FDZ best employee of the month, FDZ best
employee of the year, job evaluation, seminar and training FDZ, FDZ monthly
forum, FDZ talk and care, review performance management system and evaluate
recruitment process.
