ISO 9001:2015 require the company to have documented management system that consist of stakeholder involvement, organizational reputation, customer satisfaction, and competitive benefits. Today, the company’s business process and document does not comply with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Proposed business process needed to comply with ISO 9001:2015 include management reviews, internal audit, risk management, handling nonconformities, and add Research & Development as supporting business process. Proposed quality guidelines and procedure are designed to comply with ISO 9001:2015. text
