Louserindo Megah Permai is a national company engaged in the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators. To face competition in globalization era, PT. Louserindo Megah Permai always prioritizes customer satisfaction, by committing to always put forward the implementation of quality management system within the company. Currently, PT. Louserindo Megah Permai has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. However, by 2015, ISO 9001 has released its newest version, ISO 9001: 2015. The differences between ISO 9001: 2015 and its latest version are the use of the Annex SL system management format, the addition of number of clauses, as well as the implementation of risk-based thinking. Following the change, the company is required to conduct a transition towards ISO 9001: 2015 within three years until September 2018. In order to fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, the company needs to identify the documents currently held under the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 to discover the clause requirements that have not been fulfilled by the company. Based on the results of the adjustment of the company documents in respect to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, there are 16 clauses that have not been fulfilled by the company to be able to implement the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. The unfulfilled clauses are clauses 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1.6, 8.3.3, 8.3.6, 8.5.6, 9.2, 9.3 .2, and 10.2. To be able to meet the requirements of the clause, the company needs to add activities in regard to knowledge management and risk management within its business process. The company also needs to design and adjust the documents to meet the requirements of clauses in ISO 9001: 2015. There are 11 new document design proposals and 7 proposed adjustments of old documents to be added by the company in order to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. text |
