The method used is to calculate and estimate the trend of the speed vektor obtained from GPS (Global Positioning System) observations continuously through the CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) station and SuGAr (Sumatran GPS Array). The results of research showed that there was a correlation between the occurrence of earthquakes and the varying tectonic plate velocity compared to tectonic plate velocity when there is earthquakes that tends to stagnate. text |
