Summary:This thesis uses a study case to answer a problem of a property developer in the pandemic situation. At the time of writing, the pandemic created fluctuations that resulted in situations where many problems surfaced in multi layers in the property industry. From the supply and shipping aspect in the building project, the resources and materials for the building, total duration of the project, to the confidence aspect of the property market. These problems create situations where the said developer needs a new way to finance the project. Incorporating the internal corporation data, macro economic, and solution alternatives. This study answers the need to adapt from the old financing plan that no longer works, to a new one. There are several options of solutions gathered from various funding sources. One of them is selected as the most preferable to be decided as the solution for the developer financing problem. The process to select the preferable option is by deciding several parameters for each of the alternatives to be graded with. Then the total grade will be the final result of the decision.
