Summary:PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika is a subsidiary of PT Kimia Farma which operates in the field of laboratory and clinical services. Overall, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika has 879 employees spread across Indonesia, recorded as of October 2022. When compared to the previous year, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika experienced an increase in employee turnover rate of 11.22%. The existence of employee turnover does not only have an impact on company’s productivity but also on psychosocial conditions in the workplace because it can have an impact on additional workload and so on related to psychosocial. The focus of this research is on the psychosocial factors that exist at PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika which affect employee turnover. Employee turnover in this study is reviewed through employee intentions to perform employee turnover or commonly known as turnover intention. The author conducted interviews with numbers of employees representatives of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika as a source of secondary data collected to describe the outline of the working atmosphere at PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika. The research method used is a quantitative approach method in which data is collected through the COPSOQ III questionnaire and the Turnover Intention questionnaire which have been tested for validity and reliability and also carried out Multiple Linear Regression test using SmartPLS 4 to determine the effect of variables research. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that there are 22 psychosocial factors dimensions that impacted PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika’s employee turnover intentions and the Meaning of Work and Demand for Hiding Emotions dimensions had significant effects on Turnover Intention at PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika with P Values of 0.025 and 0.040 respectively. The author recommends the next researcher to test the same variables using the same method to all employees in the company that have higher employee turnover rates.
