Ideas of Kasiba is relevant while in 2002 Indonesia bear housing deficit about 4,3 million unit and every year there are 1,16 million demand of housing unit (capability to provide housing unit is far below demand) which 70% of the consumer (814.000 housing unit) is low-income people. text
