Summary: | After the pandemic meal kit business model gained attraction in entrepreneurs' eyes. There are
some meal kit businesses start after pandemic. While they are trying to fit in the market,
MasakBox is diving in and trying to find the best practices to win in the meal kit business.
This research will discuss MasakBox’s journey for 6 months from April 2022 to September
2022. This research will be the basis for the company to continuously improve and innovate
by gaining customer insights continuously, obtaining expert recommendations, and analysing
the existing business condition internally and externally. Literature that will be used in internal
analysis are Business Process Analysis, and Value Proposition Canvas.
While external analysis uses several literatures such as Business Ecosystem Analysis, and
Porter Five Forces. Later then, the author will discuss the updates that are implemented in the
business.
The final results of the thesis will show the proposed strategy that are explained and
summarized in the Continuous Improvement Strategy for future business. To formulate the
strategy the author uses Business Process Improvement, Moment of Truth, and Morphological
Forced Connections.
