Description
Summary:Digital business transformation is the use of technology that creates new business models, processes, software, and systems to increase revenue, competitive advantage, and organizational efficiency. The emergence of digital business transformation was triggered by dynamic market changes and changes in consumer behavior in the use of technology and the emergence of the Coronavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19) pandemic. The impact of the factors mentioned above affects medium-sized businesses, in this case creative agencies. To assist creative agencies in maintaining their business, guidelines are needed in the form of a digital business transformation framework because there is no framework that can provide measurable guidelines for digital business transformation in the sector. The design carried out by researchers is using the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). This research produces a digital business transformation framework with the first stage of analyzing the company's change readiness, then the second stage of involvement analysis in forming a digital business transformation development team, the third stage of process modification using gap analysis, then the fourth stage of organizational modification to support adapting to changes that carried out and finally the fifth stage produces products to measure the company's digital business transformation. The framework that has been designed is then evaluated by validating the theoretical framework, assessing the implementation of the framework, and finally evaluating the acceptance of the framework referring to the parameters of people, processes and technology by internal company respondents. The results of the questionnaire on the workforce aspect show that 92% help digital business transformation. However, there was a percentage of 8% who stated that they had not measurably minimized the impact of the changes that had occurred. Meanwhile, in the technological aspect, it stated that 100% had been able to help form a digital business transformation development team. Finally, the results of the process aspect stated that 100% had been able to explain and help achieve the company's performance indicators.
