The road and environment conditions are one of the factors causing accidents where road conditions can also affect the behavior and safety of road users. Currently, several efforts have been made to reduce the potential for accidents, one of it is by conducting an iRAP Star Rating assessment. In this case, the iRAP Star Rating provides an objective assessment of the level of safety of a road, which is associated with the geometric, traffic and road environment characteristics of the road. This Star Rating value is determined based on the Star Rating Score value, which is calculated per 100m road segment. The lower the Star Rating Score and the higher the Star Rating value, the better the level of road safety. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Star Rating Score and Star Rating on several safety indicators (consisting of crash frequency, crash rate, number of fatalities, and fatality rate) on the Pejagan - Pemalang - Batang Toll Road segment. Star Rating Score and Star Rating analysis was carried out using the ViDA application while various linear regression models were considered in determining the relationship between Star Rating Score and Star Rating for these various safety indicators. The results of the analysis show that more than 80% of the length of the Pejagan -Pemalang - Batang Toll Road section has a Star Rating of 4. This research also found that there is a relationship between the Maximum Star Rating Score per km of road length and the crash frequency, where the higher the Maximum Star Rating Score is related with the increasing of crash frequency. Meanwhile, the average Star Rating Score per km of road length also has a strong relationship to the number of fatalities and the fatality rate, where the higher the average Star Rating Score is related with the increasing of number of fatalities and the the fatality rate. Furthermore, the results of the analysis also show that there is a strong relationship between the Minimum Star Rating per km of road length with crash frequency, crash rate, and fatality rate. In this case it was found that the higher the Minimum Star Rating per km of road length associated with the decreasing of crash frequency, crash rate and the number of fatalities. However, the higher the Minimum Star Rating per km of road length is associated with a higher fatality rate. text
