This factors have an effect to quantity of infiltration and runoff. The Bandung Basins Land use changed from 2001 and 2004, will affect to increase amount of run off . It will be also increase of flood vulnerability area and a high flood. Study about influence of land use changed to flood vulnerability area is necessary to do, considering that development in Bandung Basin will be increase in the future. In this research, run off is estimated with Rational Methode, by determinating Runoff Coefficient (C). Land use changed getting from citra procesing . The spatial analysis use The Geografis Information System (GIS) technology. <br />
