Study about influence of land use changed to flood vulnerability area is necessary to do, considering that development in Bandung Basin will be increase in the future. In this research, run off is estimated with Rational Methode, by determinating Runoff Coefficient (C). Land use changed getting from citra procesing . The spatial analysis use The Geografis Information System (GIS) technology. <br /> text
