The CSR approach taken by PT Indonesia Power Saguling POMU is quite good, but the resulting shared value is still low, especially for the Saguling Reservoir and the PLTA itself. This is because the community empowerment program is not implemented along the Citarum watershed (Citarum River Ring 1), but most programs are implemented outside the Saguling Reservoir and Citarum watershed areas. In addition, the Community Empowerment Program that is currently being carried out is only aimed at the community, so it does not directly support the operations of the Saguling hydropower plant and the reservoir area itself. This research aims to integrate CSR programs and stakeholders in the Saguling Reservoir area as a form of cooperation in sustainable development. Researchers initiated it by creating an ecosystem-shared value model that can be applied by all stakeholders in related ecosystems to restore the function of the Citarum River and increase regional competitiveness, to improve the standard of living of the people in the area there. Researchers also use the concept of Penta helix collaboration and nature-based solutions as tools to support the creation of an ecosystem-shared value model. Researchers used qualitative methods, this type of action research (action research), with data collection techniques of group discussion, in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that PT Indonesia Power Saguling POMU and related stakeholders in the Saguling Reservoir area have not implemented the ecosystem shared value model and are still adapting the old CSR model (Philanthropy). So that the researchers initiated an ecosystemshared value model with a recommendation for a program portion of 70% for community empowerment programs along the Citarum watershed (Citarum River area Ring 1) and 30% for programs outside the Citarum watershed (Philanthropy). This is done so that the shared value obtained can increase and as an application of the shared agenda of stakeholders, namely "Restoring the function of the Citarum River". The researcher also proposes to adopt the CSR innovation model with the concept of Business to Community for PT Indonesia Power Saguling POMU and related stakeholders to realize the Tourism Village Area in the Saguling Reservoir Area. text |
