Summary: | An organization believes that implementing new technology system will provide better quality, enhance its effectiveness, has capability to compete with competitors and as prerequisite to interlink with business partners. By knowing those benefits, organization endeavors to implement SAP in its business operational process. Nevertheless, its implementation is overpriced and it is not always grant a significant change. In line with the objective of implementing an advancement technology, PT Dirgantara Indonesia supports to adopt an SAP. In 2015, PT Dirgantara Indonesia has been implementing SAP which is integrated to SAP in Detail Part Manufacturing division aimed to ensure the employees’ work time and control operational process. This research proposed to identify and analyze SAP end user and analyze the problems regarding user’s behavior and an implementation of SAP. Researcher has defined Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a method and used Path Analysis. Moreover, researcher defined four variables to analyze the acceptance of user such as Perceived Ease of Use (PE), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Towards Use (ATU), and Behavioral Intention (BI). Questionnaire and semi-structured interview have been held to operator in Detail Part Manufacturing division. The questionnaires consist of 24 questions with 5 likert scales and distributed to 90 respondents. While, semi-structured interview about training of SAP has conducted through 10 respondents. The results of questionnaires are processed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Four from five hypotheses are supported in this research. Furthermore, semi-structured interview has confirmed there were feedback related to Training and an implementation SAP in the field work. By conducting semi-structured interview researcher will understand the training program in PT Dirgantara Indonesia. |
