Summary: | Risk assessment is an activity to measure the risk level in a system and
equipment. The purpose is to reduce the serious damage to safety, environment,
and financial losses by the company if the equipment is damage or fail.
Analysis and calculation has been done in order to find the risk level in
reference by DNV RP-G101 Code Risk Assessment of Offshore Topside Static
Mechanical Equipment. As the case studies are equipments in Separation and
Stabilization unit in Central Processing Production (CPP) Platform North Belut
that located in Blok B, Natuna Sea. The purpose of these risk calculations is to get
the risk level in the studied equipments. Moreover, exercise to some parameters
also applied in this thesis to know and get the effect to the PoF and CoF.
The result from screening assessment level show that inlet gas separator
bottom, inlet gas separator top, condensate separator bottom, and condensate
separator top have a high risk level that will continue to detail assessment. And the
result from detail assessment show that, equipment gas separator top have safety
and economic consequence value 2,078 and US$ 11.618.216 and PoF 0,00485.
And the condensate separator top have a value 0,579 for safety consequence and
US$ 21.870.980 for economic consequence, and the PoF value is 0,00399.
The exercise to some parameters that has been done, show the linear
relation between pressure and dispersion modeling, and also between corrosion
rate and the value of the probability of failure . |
