INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/73177 Batik Komar is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) that produces batik in West Java, with a branch located in Cigadung Street, Bandung City. The problem currently faced is that the design process takes too long, but upon analysis, it was found that the root cause of the problem is the lack of performance measures. The research question is what are the performance measures for Batik Komar. This study aims to design performance measures using The Winning KPI method, along with a business process and responsibility assignment matrix. The Winning KPI method identifies Critical Success Factors (CSF) and breaks them down into four types of performance measures: Performance Indicators (PI), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Result Indicators (RI), and Key Result Indicators (KRI). The steps taken in data collection and processing are project preparation, business process mapping, responsibility assignment matrix mapping, success factor identification, success factor merging, relationship matrix, performance measure identification, performance measure selection, and performance matching with accountability. The Winning KPI method was chosen because the company does not have a specific strategy, and it is suitable for SMEs. The business process is used as a reference to find success factors so that the search process is more structured. The responsibility assignment matrix also known as RACI chart is used to determine who is responsible for each PI and KPI. The study identified 5 CSFs, and 30 performance measures consisting of 15 PIs, 4 KPIs, 9 RIs, and 2 KRIs. The performance measures result from the study can be further developed as there are no targets, frequency, and data collection methods yet, so a system can be designed to report, it can be used, and updated when no longer relevant. Future research can include expanding the number of sources and consider the company’s strategic objectives as a reference for creating performance measures. text
