Now days, quality has become an important factor for competition and therefore it is necessary requirement for every company or organization. The quality concept has been accepted after Japan has succeeded in implementing quality management using principles of continuous quality improvement. Implementation at Continuous improvement is unique, doe to high influence at context learning process in firm. Continuous improvement implementation give positive impact to learning process. But organizational discipline is needed to implement it. <br />

The goal of this research is to study the continuous improvement implementation process at Kandatel Tasikmalaya. Achieve, review of continuous improvement implementation on leadership, strategic planning, market and customer focus, performance, information and knowledge management, human resources, and business result is done. Learning process of every component reviewed is identified. The analysis is done to the continuous improvement process, learning process, and after that learning process implementation relation to continuous improvement process. Analysis of learning process reviewed by knowledge transformation process. <br />

After the analysis is done it can be concluded, there are 11 activities that learning process to have influence on continuous improvement implementation process. 5 activities to have not influence on. continuous improvement implementation process The interrelationship of learning process with the continuous improvement implementation process is dominated by learning process with Socialization, so little contribute at organization learning. This indicate, that continuous improvement implementation not yet goodness. |
