Employees in the Pan Coating Division work in a standing position with working hours of 8 hours/day with 6 (six) days in 1 (one) week. The physical environment, the characteristics of the respondents affect the risk of ergonomics. Work fatigue and muscle fatigue/Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are effects of your ergonomic hazards. Ergonomic risk level assessment used the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method, while for Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) an assessment was carried out using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method. For work fatigue, fill out the Subjective Symptom (SST) questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems and risk levels of ergonomics, the influence of the physical environment, individual characteristics, ergonomic postures on work fatigue and muscle fatigue/Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and to know the impact of bad ergonomic postures in coating pan work (sugar coating). on PT.X chocolate sprinkles. From the results of research on Divici Coating Pan PT.X employees, it was found that ergonomic risk using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method obtained the result that 92% of respondents had a high level of risk and 8% of respondents had a very high level of risk. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) / muscle fatigue with the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method 88% of the respondents have a high level of fatigue and 12% of the respondents have a moderate level of fatigue. Work fatigue was measured by The Subjective Symptom Questionnaire (SST) to get the result that 63% of the respondents were moderate fatigue and 37% had high fatigue. Physical environment (noise), respondent characteristics (smoking, and length of work) and ergonomic posture have a strong relationship to work fatigue and muscle fatigue/Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) text
