Puteraco Indah is one of property companies that can not escaped from the impact of the economic crisis. The sale of companys fell and it failed to generate profit. Property is one of business sectors that severely affected by the financial crisis that started in 1997. As a consequent, the investment appetite in property sector has gradually diminished. Especially, the purchasing of consumers power for low to middle type of houses has weakened. Many developers are facing difficult conditions, or even were forced to discontinue its operation. <br />
