Summary:Shopee is a leading online shopping platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan which was launched in 2015 and is headquartered in Singapore. In April 2020, a feature was launched that offers an online food delivery service called ShopeeFood. Based on the survey, it was found that the reason most of the respondents used ShopeeFood was because ShopeeFood offered big discounts. To improve the performance of ShopeeFood, improvements are needed to its appearance in order to increase the comfort of users when using ShopeeFood. The problems found from the survey and resolved in this final project are the display of unclear separation between categories, features for adding notes that are hard to find, flows for claiming vouchers manually, difficulties in obtaining important information from each voucher, difficult flows. too long if you want to make changes when you are already on the order confirmation page, and there is no warning to re-check the order and other details such as the address and payment method used. The result of this final project is a high fidelity prototype. The approach that will be used in this final project is user-centered design (UCD). This approach is used because the improvements to be made are based on the satisfaction and needs of the users. Based on the results of tests conducted, this improved interaction design is effective to use with a completion rate of 100%, efficient to use with reduced processing time and number of clicks when compared to existing ShopeeFood products, and helpful based on the SUS score, which has increased from 61.67 to 93 (excellent), and the SEQ score increased from 3.77 to 6.88 from 7 (very easy).
