Summary:Digital marketing has emerged as a powerful tool for companies to penetrate the market and generate sales pipelines through digital engagement. Many companies have embraced digital channels to engage with prospective customers, leading to increased effectiveness in terms of time and total customer engagement. The technology industry, along with other sectors, has also implemented digital engagement strategies to reach their customers effectively. However, a significant challenge arises as salespersons are unable to directly interact with customers who engage with digital marketing content. To address this issue, companies have developed platforms to monitor customer engagement with digital marketing content and capture valuable data from digital signals. The objective of this research is to enhance the sales pipeline generated from AI-based leads generation systems by leveraging digital signals in B2B context. This study aims to strategically investigate methods to bridge the gap between digital marketing engagement and salesperson interaction, ultimately improving the overall sales performance. By understanding and optimizing the digital signal pipeline, companies can enhance their ability to convert leads into sales effectively. The expected outcomes of this research include a comprehensive framework for leveraging digital signals to improve sales performance, optimized lead generation strategies, and enhanced customer engagement. The findings will provide valuable insights for companies in the technology industry, as well as other sectors, seeking to enhance their sales pipelines and maximize the impact of their digital marketing efforts.
