life, both physically and socially (Sanrock, 1999). During thistransitional phase, young adultstend
to exert excessive pressure on themselves to adapt to their environment, resulting in physical and
psychological responsessuch asstress. Therefore, thisresearch aimsto introduce and offer a new
alternative for managing stress among young adults through the engaging activity of flower
arrangement, presented in an interactive editorial book. Data collection for this study was
conducted through interviews with florists, questionnaires, and literature review, while the data
was analyzed using qualitative and descriptive methods. The result shows the target audience is
aware that their daily activities can induce stress, yet they are unaware of flower arrangement as
an alternative coping method. The target audience expressed a desire to learn new ways of stress
management technique and expresses a need for instructions provided in the form of a book. It is
hoped that this editorial book will assist the audience in understanding the causes of stress,
