Summary: | WK Rokan is the which one of productive field in Indonesia, this field is producing oil and gas, the Bangko AGRP is the gas plant facilities in WK Rokan that producing gas about 3 MMcsdf equivalent with 468 BOEPD. The compressible gas will flow to Pager GP through 10”Gas Pipeline Bangko-Pager
GP. The integrity of 10”Gas pipeline Bangko-Pager GP is very important to deliver gas production from Bangko AGRP to Pager GP that will compressed to Gas Turbin as a gas fuel. In a several years ago, there are many gas pipeline leak event in 10”gas pipeline Bangko-Pager GP that caused Bangko AGRP Shutdown and potential Loss Production Opportunity (LPO) about 468 BOEPD. The purpose of this final project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis to mitigate the problem of gas pipeline leak event that caused LPO in Bangko AGRP so that appropriate recommendations and solutions are resulted from several identified alternatives to reduce potential Loss Production Opportunity (LPO) in Bangko AGRP. Gas pipeline leak problems were assessed using the Kepner Tregoe Situation Assessment (KT). Then find the root of the problem using the Kepner Tregoe (KT) Problem Analysis and verified with the 5-Whys method. The eight stages of the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method were carried out to identify decision makers, alternatives and attributes and then attribute weighting to each alternative that had been developed so that a provisional decision was obtained and accompanied by a sensitivity analysis on all alternatives. The analysis and application of the Kepner Tregoe (KT) and SMART methods are carried out with a Group Discussion Focus consisting of various disciplines and experts in their fields (Subject Matter Expert/SME). Based on the results of the SMART Decision Analysis from available alternatives and project criteria, the best alternative to be proposed as a project to the leadership (DE & DRB) is partial operation of Bangko to get only condensate production meanwhile the gas production will be released to flare stack of Bangko Gathering Station.
