Summary:In the era of increasingly fierce competition in the Geospatial Survey Industry as it is today, PT. Explora Prima realizes that a more appropriate approach is needed in carrying out business development. PT. Explora Prima is currently carrying out business development by synchronizing the needs/demands of changing business environments by preparing internal capabilities and capacities. This thesis is prepared to answer the challenges above, by taking 2 main approaches, namely: 1. Analysis of the condition of the business environment, using the PESTLE method (Analysis of Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental conditions). 2. Analysis of the preparation of internal capabilities and capacities, using the Congruence Model (Analysis of the condition of the components of employees, jobs, organizational structure, and corporate culture); and using the Knowledge Management Framework (Building a Learning Organization and implementing KM Processes: Identify (map) critical knowledge needed – Create (create) Knowledge needed - Distribute (distribute) Knowledge to units in need - Store and Use knowledge as the main asset of the company). 3. Based on the two analyses above, a Business Strategy is then prepared to support the company to be able to operate in a sustainable manner and at the same time be able to grow according to the company's business conditions. PT. Explora Prima uses these methods to make changes to the company's internal management to get the best solution to improve company performance in the midst of increasingly fierce competition.
