Description
Summary:Fulola is a children education brand that provides end-to-end learning media that facilitates interactive learning about the environment for children aged 4-6 years old. Aside from the environmental journey event, Currently Fulola has only developed one product, that is an interactive educational book for children. Fulola found many obstacles in outsourcing manufacturing, on the other hand, Fulola also found new options to produce its own products or manufacture in-house. Therefore it is very important to carry out a comparative feasibility study by Fulola, whether it is more feasible to carry out the manufacturing process in-house or outsource. The research uses a quantitative approach using payback period, NPV, and IRR. The outsource strategy appears to be more feasible for Fulola in the next 5 years with a 1.34 years payback period, IDR 456,502,088.30 net present value, and 102.67% Internal Rate of Return.
