<p align="justify">The Ciliwung River is one of the most important rivers in Indonesia because it passes through the capital city of DKI Jakarta and routine flooding occurs frequently in its downstream section. The development of settlements in the Jakarta area has caused the catchment area of the Ciliwung River, which previously could absorb rainwater, to turn into surface runoff which burdened the capacity of the Ciliwung River. One of the solutions that will reduce flooding around the Ciliwung river, especially in the Bidara Cina section of East Jakarta is the construction of a floodway at Ciliwung river to Kanal banjir timur (KBT). The completion of this final project is expected to produce a calculation of the dimensions of the floodway at Ciliwung River - East Flood Canal (KBT) by using the Q100 flood discharge. The peak discharge of Q100 at the Ciliwung River is 579.4 m3/s. The Ciliwung river flood will flow to the Kanal banjir timur (KBT) via the Cipinang river. The peak discharge of Q100 from the Cipinang River is 221 m3/s. The floodway of Ciliwung River to the Kanal banjir timur (KBT) will be equipped with a 4.6 m weir at the Intake. The budget required to carry out the project is Rp. 87, 840, 455, 434 (eighty seven billion eight hundred forty million four hundred fifty five thousand four hundred thirty four rupiah).
