Since its founding in 2019, WeGrow.life has experienced a significant increase in revenue which has fluctuated during the pandemic where people are very interested in new things such as sustainable living until the pandemic situation supports the operation and continuity of product sales, until the situation suddenly changes and the trend decreases accompanied by internal problems, causing WeGrow.life's revenue to continue to decline. Based on these problems, an internal and external evaluation of the business model is carried out so that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats can be found in each element of the company's Business Model Canvas (BMC). Opportunities for developing business models can be created using the Blue Ocean Strategy through the ERRC Grid. The results of the analysis show the development of several elements of the business model. In the element of a new value proposition by creating integrated sustainable farming system products that can be applied in urban and rural areas with several new customer segments such as corporations and property owners as well as opportunities to collaborate with new partners such as governments, resellers and influencers. text |
