challenge of transitioning to sustainable practices in the face of mounting
environmental pressures. This study illuminates a transformative path for
corporations by employing an innovative a robust mixed-methods approach,
adeptly integrating content analysis with AHP and CLD methodologies, capturing
the multi-faceted nature of sustainability challenges while providing actionable
insights for organizational transformation.
With the case study of Triputra Energi, a prominent player in Indonesia's B2B
downstream fuel sector, this paper unravels the intricate web of factors influencing
the pursuit of sustainability, addressing the urgent need for organizations to balance
the energy trilemma — energy security, affordability, and environmental
sustainability. Through meticulous analysis, the study identifies three pivotal
clusters of criteria instrumental in fostering a sustainable transition: Organizational
Strategy and Alignment (OSA), Stakeholder Relations and Engagement (SRE), and
Innovation, Culture, and Financial Performance (ICF). By discerning the
hierarchical relationships between these factors and their sub-criteria, organizations
can design targeted strategies and initiatives that accelerate the journey towards
sustainability.
In conclusion, this research offers a compelling strategy for corporation to embrace
a sustainable future, transforming the energy landscape with profound and lasting
impact. The research demonstrates the efficacy of the proposed mixed-methods
approach in identifying key factors driving sustainable organizational change,
providing a comprehensive overview of the measures the company can take to
evolve into a resilient organization. By understanding the hierarchical relationships
between the identified factors and their sub-criteria, organizations can develop
targeted strategies and initiatives to foster sustainability. |
