The toll road of Srondol-Jatingaleh, is an alternative one from Srondol of south Semarang area to Jatingaleh and then to be continued to down town of Semarang, It is an alternative of main road. <br />
<br />
<br />
Main subject of this study is to determine probability of route choosed by public transportation, they are four wheel vehicles with maximum 10 passanger include driver. <br />
<br />
<br />
This determination of probability carried out by Binomial Logit Model (BM, with sub-subject is difference of BLM and ratio of BLM with travelling costs, travelling speed, and travelling time as their independent variables. <br />
<br />
<br />
Statistical analysis indicated that BLM Ratio is more representative then Difference of BLM. <br />
<br />
<br />
The value of BLM Ratio coefisient determination (r 2) is 0.2045 It is caused by : <br />
<br />
<br />
1. There is a regulation that required the buses and trucks to use toll road and this regulation had changes the public opinion, <br />
<br />
<br />
2. Travelling time saving is not so large, <br />
<br />
<br />
3. Usage of toll road only raised a little added value, <br />
<br />
<br />
4. Arterial road service is still good enough. <br />
<br />
<br />
Analysis indicated that model which it can represent field condition is Binomial Logit Model Ratio with travelling cost as its independent variable, and with expression as folios : (FORMULA) <br />
<br />
<br />
This model indicate that travelling cost is a dominant benchmark for user in determining the route they chooced. |
