Summary:PT XYZ is one of tin mining companies located in Bangka Belitung Province. Tin deposits that will be mined by PT XYZ are secondary tin deposits located under the sea so that the dredger will be used to mine the ore. Production scheduling of PT XYZ will be simulated using Micromine 2023 and Datamine Studio OP. From the results of the mining production scheduling planning, a total reserve of 32,833,697 BCM of ore with an average grade of 0,76 kg Sn/m3 was obtained for the entire mine life, which spans five years. The highest tin ore production occurred in the fourth year, reaching 9,570,634 BCM, while the maximum tin concentrate was achieved in the third year, reaching 2,575 tons. The production equipment is determinated by considering working circumstances, annual mining volume, annual effective working hour, and dredger productivity. Cutter suction dredger (CSD) are the type of equipment that will be used to mine the ore with maximum number of CSD is 8 and it takes place between the second and fourth year. The mass balance calculation is used to estimate the annual volume of waste that will be accumulated over the life of mine with a total waste volume is 32.504.101 BCM or 38.240.118 LCM. The maximum amount of waste that must be accumulated is 8.815.109 BCM or 10.370.717 LCM and it occurs in the third year.
