In research conducted within the Jakarta Open University organization regarding the Relationship between Leadership Behavior and Employee Engagement, it was found that there is a relationship between the two factors mentioned above. The leadership behavior that occurs within the Jakarta Open University is Transformational and Transactional leadership. This influence is mainly on the dimensions of Vigor and Dedication while Passive-Avoidant Leadership does not show a significant effect on the dimensions of employee engagement specifically. text |
