Summary: | This study investigates the relationship between agile organizational structure, agile leadership, and employee experience in the context of PT Sharing Vision Indonesia, a digital advisory company established in 2009. With the increasing adoption of agile practices in organizations, specifically those in the digital industry, understanding the impact of agile structures and leadership on employee experience has become crucial. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from PT Sharing Vision Indonesia employees using a structured questionnaire distributed to 278 employees, and responses were gathered from 169 of the population (N=169). The study employed statistical analysis, including correlation and Multiple Linear Regression analysis, to examine the relationships between the two independent variables towards one dependent variable. The findings of this study reveal a positive relationship between agile organizational structure and employee experience. A well-designed agile structure that promotes collaboration, flexibility, and autonomy positively influences employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall experience. Moreover, agile leadership was found to significantly impact the employee experience, highlighting the importance of leaders who possessed and implemented agile principles and practices. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the relationship between agile organizational structure, agile leadership, and employee experience. These findings have practical implications for organizations aiming to enhance employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness. Implementing agile practices and cultivating agile leadership can create a more favorable work environment and foster employee growth and satisfaction. |
