Summary: | The COVID-19 pandemic has reduced mobility between residents significantly, but this
has given rise to a new trend, namely staycations. Booking this staycation is usually
done by users using OTA applications, one of the most famous is tiket.com. Tiket.com
itself is an application that provides various ticket booking services including lodging
tickets. But for some users there are still perceived problems. Among them is the
difficulty of finding lodging that suits your needs, budget, and expectations when
booking. Therefore, features are designed that can help users book lodging tickets more
efficiently and effectively. User Centered Design method is used to assist the
development of the proposed flow and Concurrent Embedded Design method is used
in retrieving data from users. In this development, existing achievements are measured
using several metrics, including SEQ, SUS, number of errors, completion rate, time-
based efficiency, and SUMI. Satisfactory / good results were obtained in each aspect
measured using several earlier metrics. |
