Summary:Food Hub Barelang in Batam City is an integrated area that combines agricultural activities, fisheries, culinary tourism, and educational tourism related to food. The Food Hub area consists of 4 separate buildings, which are the Food Hall Main Building, Wet Market, Loading Dock, and Greenhouse. For this final project, the focus is on the planning of the Main Building. The Main Building is designed with reinforced concrete as the main material. It comprises 4 floors and 1 semi-basement floor. This final project will include the planning of Construction Engineering Management, which involves site planning, work breakdown structure, construction methods, construction cost estimation, and project scheduling. The Food Hub Barelang project in Batam City consists of several phases, including site preparation, earthworks, substructure works, upper concrete structure works, roof structure works, and road pavement works for access. Each of these phases has specific sub-works to facilitate the construction process. The project is scheduled to run for 202 calendar days and 170 working days, with a direct project cost of Rp 51,656,112,375. The indirect cost is Rp 8,510,744,017. The total Planned Budget Execution (RAP) for the project is Rp 60,166,856,393, while the Estimated Cost Budget (RAB) for the project is Rp 71,598,560,000.
