In addition to physical threats, the pandemic has negatively affected mental health and with it, intrapersonal relations. Through this event, comes positive potentials that grows called post-traumatic growth. Post-traumatic growth is personal growth triggered from traumatic events (Tedeschi & Calhoun, 2004). Furthermore, as an impact of COVID-19, another phenomenon has risen called post-pandemic restructured assumptions which consists of long-term effects from social distancing, xenophobia, and humility. From the two impacts above, this causes changes behavior in travelling. As a solution, wellness tourism becomes an intersection of both, tourism and health combined. By utilizing the healing effects of nature for health and accommodating the activities for post-traumatic growth, this becomes the answer to the problem caused by the pandemic. To increase the healing effects of nature and construct a built environment that releases stress, sensory design is an important principle to be implemented. text
